All payments made on this site are considered donations to TPUSA, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are processed and managed by our Development team and are refundable upon the return of merchandise in accordance with our return policy.
4. Merchandise
We offer limited edition TPUSA branded merchandise, primarily t-shirts, available in limited quantities and for a limited time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
5. Limitation of Liability
TPUSA shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if TPUSA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to getmerch.tpusa.com or products you purchase through the site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Arizona, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate TPUSA’s intellectual property rights, TPUSA may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Arizona, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
